Institutional Environment and Financial Inclusion in Sub-Saharan Africa

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect institutional factors on financial inclusion through lens integration mobile money. To achieve objective, a multiple regression model chosen, justified by acceptance null hypothesis that specified endogenous regressor, in our case GDP per capita, can indeed be treated as exogenous. estimation Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) using data from World Development Indicators (WDI) and Governance (WGI) databases reveals quality regulation is, priori, only factor affecting since it driver SSA. This result, which corroborates theory liberalization, makes possible identify economic policy implications supporting implementation incentive-based banking system money sector.
